Produced With Care
Right from nylon to non-woven bags, all are created with utmost care and detailing to assure minimum to zero manufacturing defects. The quality approved raw materials go into the cutting and stitching line. Fabric is cut in bulk and sewn together. During assembly, QC members randomly take some samples and inspect them using several testing equipment for defects. If number of errors exceed the pre-defined defect numbers, then the entire line will be reviewed. If the samples passes the inspection, the entire finished production line is once visually inspected to make sure it's qualified for sales. All the tested bags are then packaged and dispatched for distribution.
